How it works

From your first enquiry to a signed delivery

No part of this is unusual, but knowing the order of it saves a phone call. Six steps from asking for a rate to the goods being signed for.

Firm rate within 2 working hours

Six steps

  1. 01

    Tell us what is moving

Where it is going from and to, how many pallets, and roughly what it weighs. That is enough to price it. Use the quote form, or call us.

  2. 02

A firm rate within 2 working hours

Not an estimate and not a rate card — a real price for your load, from a named account manager who then stays with your account.

  3. 03

    Book it

Confirm the rate and tell us the collection date. A regular route gets fixed collection days instead, so your warehouse can plan around them.

  4. 04

    We collect

Pallets and boxes are collected from your door and delivered to your customer's. Loading and unloading is yours to arrange at both ends; we can supply manpower for an extra charge.

  5. 05

    Follow it

Every consignment has a waybill number. Enter it on the tracking page to see each scan, from collection to signature.

  6. 06

    Delivered

Within 500 km that is the next working day after collection, and beyond it 48 to 72 hours. A dedicated trailer runs direct, so its timing is agreed with you when you book.

Paying, and opening an account

Ship once and there is nothing to open. Pay cash on collection or on delivery — the quote is all you need.

Ship regularly and a credit account is worth setting up: contract rates instead of a fresh quote every time, fixed collection days, one account manager who knows your delivery points, and one monthly invoice rather than a booking at a time.

Opening a credit account

  1. 01

    Quotation

We price the lanes you run regularly and send you the rates.

  2. 02

    Service agreement

The terms in writing — the rates, the routes and how you are invoiced.

  3. 03

    Onboarded

Signed and set up, with your account manager on it from the first booking.

How long that takes is mostly down to you. We open the account as soon as we have back what we need.
