When you send a quote request we receive what you type: your company, your name, the ways you ask us to reach you, and the shipment details you choose to give. We use them to answer you and to arrange the work. They are stored in our own systems and passed to the account manager handling your enquiry. We do not sell them and we do not pass them to anyone outside Paarsel except where we need a partner carrier to complete your delivery. When you track a shipment, the waybill number you enter is sent to our operations system to look up its status; the tracking page shows status and movement only, never the recipient's address, telephone number or the value of the goods.
